I stumbled across this company on Facebook and tested the Philips electric mop at a reduced price, slightly sceptical but decided to go for it. My refund was paid promptly and the test project went well. This is a geniune company and I am looking forward to taking part in future projects.

I was sceptical at first when I received the offer to join a test panel for the new Philips electric mop, whereby I had to buy the mop from Currys and then they would reimburse 80% of the value in exchange for 3 reviews on various websites. I thought it might be a scam, but then I read on another site a review from someone else saying they had done it and it was legitimate. So I bought the mop and within a week of submitting the receipt I had indeed received the 80% (approx £87) back into my bank account, so I only paid around £20 for the mop valued at £109.99
Doing the 3 reviews was quite simple and I followed the required content, paying attention to key facts about the mop and ensuring each review was unique. I would definitely participate in future tests if offered.

I hadn’t heard of them before, so I was a bit sceptical at first, but everything turned out to be smooth and well organised. The communication was really friendly and clear, and they guided me through every step, which made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable.
I received my reimbursement on time, completed the reviews, and actually had fun being part of the process.

I had a good experience being part of the test panel for Opinigo. The process was clearly explained and easy to follow from the start.

Communication was responsive whenever I had questions. There was a slight delay with the refund, but I was kept informed and the payment was completed as agreed.

The process and communication with Opinigo from the start was brilliant. They were completely supportive with a new member of the test panel, they helped me every step of the way. Niels was particularly patient and understanding, taking time to answer questions and help with each step involved.

I purchased the item and they refunded as soon as it was delivered and I had provided a copy or the original sales invoice for it.

They were helpful regarding the review process and when there was a problem they resolved it straight away.

The item was extremely high quality and being able to keep it at the end of the testing period was great.

I really appreciated the opportunity to get involved and am looking forward to joining the next test panel in the near future!
