The Apps and more importantly the questions are outdated.
Most often BSCS of 2011 is quoted and the Apps were not updated since over 3 years.
Since the android app crashes all the time and does not track your tests properly, I contacted the support.
The answers was that there is no ongoing support or development on ophthoquestions.
So invest your money on some other learning material

Ophthoquestions is an excellent tool for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of ophthalmology. The questions and explanations are well written and are often accompanied with helpful images or diagrams. Furthermore the comments section can be full of hidden gems from ophthoquestions’ friendly and responsive staff as well as from other OQ users. It is a very enjoyable process if you give yourself enough time to study. Highly recommended!

OphthoQuestions is an invaluable study tool for the OKAPs examination. I used it all three years of my residency and felt very prepared for the OKAPs each year. I am currently using it to prepare for the written boards and again find the question bank fantastic.

Ophthoquestions is the gold standard when it comes to OKAP and written boards prep. I can't imagine board studying without it, and most U.S. residents/fellows use it as the backbone of their study prep. Loads of questions with good support/updates. The explanations continue to be improved and are a deep well of knowledge. The comment section adds a special camaraderie.

Great bank of questions, which are very much similar to the exam. The discussions are very helpful and gives a really good insight to relevant topics.
I would certainly recommend for preparation of FRCOphth exam.

Ophthoquestion is an amazing resource. They provide good and comprehensive questions. What's even better is the clear explanation of the answers with compare and contrast of other conditions. I almost forgot the best comment section that has so many mnemonics and funny jokes.

Before knowing this site, I was really lost among old and outdated books. Until I got to know this wonderful site. Since my subscription to it, my level of education is rising more and more. I highly recommend participating in it if you want to succeed in the ophthalmology exam, whether it is a theoretical or practical exam. Not only for the exam, but also for the period after graduation in order to always remain a distinguished doctor from others. Easy to use is always available to you on your phone, your iPad, or your computer. The questions are carefully selected scientifically and professionally. This site helped me a lot to pass the ICO exam because of the rich questions and great and complete answers. It gives you room for discussion with others in terms of chatting, so the answer remains stuck in your head. Beautifully designed, easy to use, and the most beautiful thing is that if you have a question or inquiry, the answer will be very fast. I have used OphthoQuestions since the start of my residency for OKAPS yearly and for my written boards. It has helped me pass all my exams and I highly recommend the service to anyone. They have year over year comparison of your knowledge level to help determine your weakness and where you excel. I am using it for my Orals board this year and again high recommend the great quality cases they provide!

This is a great resource and has been my primary resource for studying for OKAPs and the written ophthalmology boards. I have performed very well on the OKAPs focusing primarily on the high yield questions delineated by Ophthoquestions. Additional, the comments section is very helpful with many users providing great insights and mnemonics. In my experience, the customer service had been great and very responsive.

I will get quickly to the point -- OphthoQuestions is our beacon of light in a vast ocean of information.

There are many good review materials available for the OKAPs and WQE preparation. They all have their merits. OQ is undoubtedly THE VERY BEST! It is the sharpest tool in our armamentarium, preparing us for the written tests and ensuring retention-longevity of the information absorbed by reading the Basic Series and other books.

A lot of effort has gone (and goes) into creating and updating the material that will reflect the very questions that will be asked in the real tests. That has inspired a lot of good-will, offered by fellow trainees who share their pearls, as they learn alongside you. You will greatly benefit from it all. A special feature of OQ is that it serves well both sides of the spectrum -- physicians who are at ease with the MCQ format and others that find it challenging.

I cannot imagine having passed the WQE without the guidance of OphthoQuestions! Thank You for a great product!

I’m so impressed with the OphthoQuestion's MCQ content quality & overview answers’ description, it really gave me an intensive review, summarizing almost all the Ophthalmology topics.
Also the price is reasonable comparing to the other resources.
