Excellent communication.

I needed to postpone my payment date and amount due to a change in my personal circumstances.Alex responded to my request in a timely manner and restructured my payments. This helped alleviate the stress knowing that I could restructure it but also amend it back to the original amount once I was back on track. Excellent communication. Thanks, Claire

I fell into a small debt

I fell into a small debt, Ophelos was exceptionally acommodating and didn't compound my debt Also very flexible. If you are in a bind, they are the people to deal with.

Money Grubbing Scammers

Agreed last year that the “debt” they were chasing did not exist and they would not be chasing me anymore. All good you would have thought.

Oh no, these morons have sold my personal details and the nonexistent debt to PRA Group for them to harass, fail to provide evidence and admit the debt never existed.

I do not give you permission to store my personal details and you have no legal reason to do so. And I absolutely do not consent to these details you should never have had the first place being sold to other scammers.

Thanks for being so expedient.

This was so quick...I cancelled my direct debit when I changed provider and by the time I realized I was due another payment my sky account was closed leaving me unable to log in to pay.They did call during the day but as I work in a medical facility I never had my phone when I called back I was advised to pay online then I couldn't log in so Thank you so much for making this so quick and easy.

Always ask for the mandate to recover

After 14 weeks awaiting to get answer to my request to provide legal information on the mandate to recover "unpaid bill" and inability for OPHELOS and its sister company INTRUM to provide such details, I had to ask them to delete my personal data, including information shared to third parties. At this stage OPHELOS has restricted the access to my account and I am awaiting the deletion of all information in accordance with the law protecting my personal data.
