Lose dated transaction fees
Convenient at the time as only option for non upfront payment, however dislike the $2 per transaction fee, especially when so many others (Zip, Afterpay) have no fees or are interest free. Lose the transaction fees and you'll get 5 stars

Avoid this company
I’ve been Openpay customer for a while and at first I loved it but not anymore. I applied for $2200 to buy a new phone. I got approved but never used it. It got expired and I applied again, I only got approved for $680 this time. Meanwhile my existing limit has increased to $800+ so the lower amount I got approved for doesn’t make any sense. And also I’ve been a good customer, never missed a payment, always made it on time or early. This is totally a waste of time. Avoid it at all cost if you don’t want to get frustrated in the end.

Openpay despite me paying several large loans off decided not to approve a credit increase when I needed it. I’ve now paid off my final Openpay and won’t be using them again.

Great time limits and easy to pay back. Accessibility to use Afterpay. Being able to buy what I need or want straight away and only have small separate payments to pay it off. It makes buying and acquiring products easier. Very fortunate to have this help.

What the hell?
Online login has improved from when hours on the phone was time wasted, customer service useless then.
Be aware a fee is charged for each transaction but never did find out the cost!
