Horrible ordering procedures

Horrible ordering procedures, you picking stuff you filing delivery address they ask you for credit card details and you getting order confirmation with estimated dates but no you not going to recive yours items because sales man is making yours order two weeks later and when you ask where is my order he replay that he is doing this order now and two weeks after you placing order he is charging yours credit card two weeks after you made order absolutely disgrace. When I ask for exact time they never back to me
