I give this rating of one star because I keep getting emails saying I've have contacted them about a call out and I haven't also they've sent me 30 to give a review and still sending them . I think they don't know what they're are doing.

Very easy to arrange cover and appears really good value. Took a little time to arrange visit but once set up very prompt. The boiler service seemed very detailed ( far better than the previous supplier). The engineer was very professional and polite.
Overall excellent service.

Openfix was quick to arrange an…
Openfix was quick to arrange an engineer visit to fix my boiler PCB fault problem. After initial visit and diagnosis, Openfix then quickly arranged the original boiler manufacturer to change the PCB. I am impressed by their professionalism and responsive updates on the phone. The boiler was restored after change to new PCB and all included in the call out charge of £60.

I recently had my free annual boiler check and the engineer was very polite and respectful. I had had 4/5 emails advising the boiler check was due which was a few too many!
