Great team to work with and we all help and support each other, arranging activities, preparing drinks, breakfast and a varied selection of midday meals for the Dementia Residents, who come to the Centre. They all love joining in and it’s great getting to know each and every one of them. We all work well together and support each other with daily tasks, a very rewarding place to work definitely a five stars from me. 😍

Open Door 1 is a lifeline to many people in Ashfield and Mansfield living with this devastating illness. The staff are committed to providing a safe environment and support for those affected on a daily basis. I am proud to work alongside the fantastic team and look forward to welcoming new members along the way.

Can highly recommend Open Door they are absolutely brilliant with my Dad. There is a good ratio of staff to group members. They are so caring and brilliant with everyone. They are always playing games or having various people coming to visit. Dad always has a lovely meal provided to. He loves going and so lovely to know he is so well looked after so my Mum gets a well earned rest. Can highly recommend.

Open door 1 were amazing with my mum who suffered with dementia. Their care and compassion is shown every day and understanding of dementia and individual requirements. I cant thank them enough for my mum's support in her journey and not to mention great home cooked meals. Smiles greet you and staff care about each person and have time to spend helping meet needs and requirements cant fault this service and thanks from the bottom of my heart for everything
