Signed up for free trial and was immediately billed - $984. Questionable business practices as immediate billing was not disclosed. Of course, there is no customer service telephone number on website to call.

The tool is slow and repetitive. It often takes a long time for responses to propagate, and it repeatedly leans on the same 2–3 laws/authorities rather than providing broader, well-supported analysis.
The free version offers 10 responses per day, I switched to a trial in hopes for broader analysis, and I wasn’t able to switch back to the free version through the UI and was charged $984 for a full year. I emailed the support but received no response for over a week.
After I filed a credit card dispute, Raymond Lei emailed saying I had to withdraw the dispute within 3 days to be eligible for a refund, which felt like a pressure tactic rather than a straightforward resolution.
