Don't give them your passwords.
I have 3 reasons for this review of a faulty CRM connector:
1) I'm not giving you a password for my production server so that you could mess around and potentially download important business data
2) I'm not giving you a password to my CRM so that you could see my customers' data (and you don't even need to be a hacker to get in! Easy, huh?)
3) I'm not spinning up a dev server to incur more costs.
Anybody who is managing a business website should consider its safety and security before everything else. Don't give access to people who are not your employees!

Impressive support, I buy an extension to sync QBO and OC and ask for customisation, get at very resonable price and gave free adjustements I forgot to ask for at first.

Excellent support from Opencartcity with QuickBook Online.
A big thankyou to Opencartcity for their excellent support with the QuickBook Online Integration (Bi-directional). Their customer focused approach is first class. With this type of module there is always going to be some configuration problems and they were always willing to help with a solution. They are clearly advanced module builders and are expert in Opencart. We will use them in the future without question and recommend them 100 percent.

Thank you Opencart City for your ZOHO Connector module! Excellent job connecting my Opencart 2.3 website to ZOHO inventory.
The website contains 3+ years of sales data, over 40 products, and products are available in 10 or more sizes (options). Further complicating the task was that some of my products were only added recently, and others that were previously phased out. I purchased the Zoho Connector module on Opencart Marketplace. With substantial pre-existing data and complex product structure, getting a good quality interface to ZOHO was not easy. And since Opencart websites vary widely depending on installed modules, getting the connector module to work perfectly with my specific website configuration took much effort. But Opencart City was terrific. They patiently worked through all of the issues over 10 day period, and now I have a reliable interface to ZOHO that synchronizes order data, customer data, and product data from OC to ZOHO with 100% accuracy. Thanks again!
