Years of great orders, and they still go above and beyond

I've been buying from Opaze for years, so when I fell for a bracelet that was out of stock, I took a chance and messaged them on Instagram. Not only did they make it possible to order — they let me customize it.

What stood out most was how communicative they were throughout. They sent photos showing exactly how the finished piece would look before it was done, so there were no surprises. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the flexibility is rare.

It's always a pleasure ordering from them. Lovely to see the business growing — wishing them nothing but the best.

I'm a complete fan of Opaze jewelry

I'm a complete fan of Opaze jewelry. Both the bracelets, the earrings and the necklaces are beautiful, of great quality and go with everything! I love being able to mix and match! Great care is taken in all the details, from the name of the jewelry to the packaging. Stones combine beauty and well-being thanks to their virtues. In addition, the designer has a lot of talent and is very friendly. I clearly recommend to all lovers elegant jewelry adorned with beautiful stones :-)

I didn’t receive it yet its been more than a month worst experience ever i dont know even if im going to receive it or its lost in mail the tracking status still same since two weeks already paid in full and not received the item

We noticed that your review was posted while your parcel was still within the estimated delivery timeframe that had been communicated to you. We would have, of course, been happy to continue assisting you with any concerns regarding your delivery.

Your piece is handmade in our workshops, and unfortunately, its creation took longer than expected due to a delay in the availability of the materials needed. We informed you of this from the beginning, and you chose to keep your order despite the delay. As soon as your piece was completed, we shipped your order and provided you with the tracking information.

We completely understand that a longer wait can be frustrating. We shared the estimated delivery timeframe provided by the postal service with you; however, delivery times and tracking updates can vary depending on the destination country. We remain, of course, available to assist you and do our best to help in case of any issue.
