Today I been asked would I like to leave a review. I don't mind! I am frequent customer of Opal transfer from the time they had office at Victoria station. More than 10 years I think. The charge is lower and the exchange rate is good too! In addition they have a brilliant customer service, at least the Bulgarian team I've been served! I guess today for first time I got the name of the employee - Rumiana. Very informative and nice chat we had 🙂. She contacted me to upgrade my personal information and ID. But it has happened in the past that I have made a mistake with transaction details and yet, my order been completed PERFECTLY on TIME! I've been informed for my mistakes in very friendly and PROFESSIONAL way, without a sense of irritation.
I appreciate that the app been improved constantly over the years. Is up to date that much that recently I am just in shock how my money is reaching Bulgarian personal account just for few hours on the same day! That was of such a great help!!
Today Rumiana gives me tips how to take advantage of my Opal transfer account simple by referring to a friend theirs services. But anyway I always recommended them to all my friends. True my personal experience they gain my trust.
