Unresponsive and incompetent
They don't answer emails, take weeks or months to solve any issues, they keep sending me delay payment fees when I pay on time and then I have to go through my bank statements to prove I paid.
Just completely incompetent. When it was just Trevi handling our rent there were no issues.
