I couldn't fault the speed of the delivery from the time of my order. It was lightening speed, however I'd hoped the cookie I ordered would arrive on my son's birthday and not 2 days earlier. That said, the cookie was still edible and once warmed up was delicious. I found it to be on the thin side when compared to cookies I've had from other companies which made it feel like there was more icing than cookie. The birthday 'boy' did enjoy it and it was a nice surprise. I'm not going to say that you should go elsewhere or similar as overall the experience was positive and good value for money and I'd buy again.

This is the second lot of cookies I have purchased and my family have said they are lovely.
Hopefully they will bring a dairy and egg free cookie into the mix soon :) then the whole family will be able to enjoy them.
I would definitely recommend them.

I always treat my daughter to a cookie box for special occasions or even just end of term. She/we LOVE these cookies (and the pies!). They’re always delicious and moist, always packaged carefully and arrive on the date requested. The tubs of fluffy marshmallow and different flavour dips are amazing. We wouldn’t buy cookies from anywhere else xx

Unfortunately the cookie arrived late (should have arrived by 29th January but didn’t arrive until February 2nd)
This was very disappointing as was for my daughters 17th birthday, her first birthday away from home and almost at the end of her Army basic training, however, I was given a refund and when my daughter did receive it, she said it was delicious, she and the other girls in her Platoon really enjoyed it! Gave them a bit of a boost for the last 10 days before they pass out!

My friend was recovering from an operation & was in a lot of discomfort, she was delighted with her cookies & proceeded to eat 5 of them! 😄 She was happy & I am happy I made her day.
A wonderful experience, ordering without complications, I will use you again.
