Order made 16th January,eyedrops for 70€,2 weeks after(10 working days) i didn’t even received tracking number,mail sent and after 48h no respond
the website is a shopify scam acting as professional eyecare domain,first time in years of buying online i got scammed,my bad i didn’t check it right

We would like to clarify this situation, as the information in this review is incorrect.
The order was placed on January 16. As clearly stated on our website, the delivery time is up to 14 business days. At the time this review was posted, this delivery period had not yet expired.
The customer received an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order. A tracking number is automatically sent once the order has actually been shipped, which had not yet occurred at that point due to a supplier delay.
We strongly object to being labeled as a “scam.” We are a legitimate webshop, we do ship all orders, and we operate transparently. Delays, while unfortunate, do not make a business fraudulent.
