Low Liquidity - Beware!
cryptocurrency swaps don't work, consecutive failed attempts of onchain withdrawals despite declaration withdrawals are unlimited, card payment limits lower than declared in their terms - this means one thing - LOW LIQUIDITY. As a joke - my recent attempted onchain withdrawal of roughly 1000USDT is stuck in status pending for about 36 hours and I am unable to get any support about it - my advice - choose their competitors.

I originally had a negative experience with the Oobit app, but then the company’s manager reached out to me and everything was resolved immediately. Oobit needs more USDC chains – ETH-only isn’t good enough
Why is USDC only supported on Ethereum? It’s one of the most expensive and slow chains to use, especially for everyday spending. We need support for USDC on faster, cheaper chains like:
• Solana (USDC-SPL)
• Base
• Arbitrum
• Optimism
• Polygon

I really like Oobit’s features
I really like Oobit’s features – the app is smooth and easy to use, and being able to pay with crypto is a big plus. However, the Tap to Pay function doesn’t work in some stores, which can be a bit frustrating. Hopefully this gets improved in future updates.

Updating my previous review regarding the app and customer care support
Updating my previous response.
It seemed there was a huge flood of traffic on their server which probably errored in a lot of ways including customer care support and verification, because after a lot while, I received a ton of emails from their servers about verification codes and replies from the specific agent as well. Considering how they reached out to me regarding fixing the issues, shows how valuable their customers are to them. However I was able to successfully verify myself before their approach because of the spam barrage of emails I got earlier, I figured maybe I should try once more verifying myself.
I sincerely apologize for my earlier irrational behavior to Oobit and their customer care support team and the relevant agent handling this matter.
I am looking forward to using the application 😊
