I spoke to 3 different rwps about some issues that I had. Which I can understand from it being a new app. All 3 reps were very helpful and quick. They resolved the issues I had. So far its been a good sportsbook!

Randomly suspended my account. Do not deposit any money into this app. Will suspend you and your only option would be a chargeback with your bank. They won’t tell you why your account was suspended and just refer to their TOS. STAY AWAY!! YOU BEEN WARNED

bro they literally just suspended my account for no reason . i deposited money and was trying to place my slip . they logged me out i go log back in it says account suspended like what the hell . this app is so shitty i had it for over a month now my account suspended

Scammers for sure holding a 850 dollar withdrawal on my account for no reason suspense my account for no reason.

Non existent support, they stole my money and never got back to me. Just took all the cash out of my account despite winning majority of my bets. Took me for thousands and thousands of dollars. Go to a real sports book, these people are fraudulent.

Worst. It's a "sweepstakes" betting site. Cashout glitched on me every time I tried. Live odds are nearly impossible to bet as it changed the odds ever millisecond. The bet I did win I tried a withdrawal. 6 days now. No money. No follow up from customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU BUSINESS. Go to a REAL SPORTS BOOK. You will be sorry

SCAMMERS!!!! I had a 4 pick parlay for $200, I was on the last leg. Cashout option was available I click it and it doesn’t work at all. Just keeps saying suspended.. this is a scam SPORTSBOOK I WILL BE CONTACTING GAMBLING ASSOCIATION!! Bullshit

Great at first, good promos with profit boosts and more, quick redeems. Then one day I tried to login and received a notice that my account was suspended. I received no warning so I had to reach out to onyx odds customer service to get a vague response “your account has been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Use. We cannot provide further information at this time.” It has been nearly 2 weeks since then with no update from them even though I have reached out multiple times. They are holding a 397 dollar redemption and a 200 dollar deposit hostage. Seems like they will be trying to steal the money. Will be filing chargebacks soon if they do not respond.

They are scam app. Will let u put money in when you win they will suspended your account and forfeit your money.
