Good. Especially good for meat. Yet, I have issue with pancakes. First two stuck dreadfully, others are perfect. What am I doing wrong? Is there same problem with ceramic pan?
The Onyx pans were sent really fast. I ordered the wok-pan and 2 frying pans and these are really good. And also the communication with the Onyx team was very pleasant.
