Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam! The host from Airbnb said he had an issue with payments and directed me to Ontrental to proceed with the reservation. After carefully checking this platform, I realized it's a scam. There is no customer support, and after signing in, you can't go back to your profile. When you require changing a password, you never get an email from Ontrental. There is no insurance for the trip, so it's a 100% scam. Report those people on Airbnb who are trying to steal from you.

Someone from Airbnb send me to Ontrental i rent and apartment for 30 days on Seattle Wa, i will use it again . I found the company to be professional, helpful and there was always someone available to answer queries. The property was great, too.
