Strong missunderstanding, but resolved

After my initial review, customer support reached out to me, clarified my problem, and solved it satisfactorily. Would not buy there again, but seems to be a legit company with just a very poor way of communicating their service offer.

Company has got got in touch

After some initial issues the company has reached out and agreed to remove my subscription and offered a refund for money taken.

Absolute con

Absolute con! DO NOT USE!
I stupidly got sucked in to an email saying I could get a Temu pallet for free and just pay postage for £6! WOW! Too good to be true?? It was, before I knew it I was signed up to this stupid company's membership and Fit4LifePro without even getting T&Cs to read and couldn't believe it! What an idiot I am. Then I had to wait 24hrs to cancel both memberships only to find that I had to pay 8 euros to cancel the membership! WT...
Lesson learned and now I want to get it out there to please be careful, if it sounds to good to be true it's because it is! Makes my blood boil that there are companies out there willing to con the working folk who already struggle paying for ends meat and are just looking to find a good bargain for Christmas
