We found On The Move online and decided to give them a go after reading all the reviews. We couldn’t be happier with their service! Jonny was simply amazing dealing with our case whenever we needed some help with the chosen solicitor. He would always promptly return my calls and reply to my emails, giving us the reassurance first time buyers need when purchasing their first home. I would highly recommend On The Move when assisting with the solicitor’s choice. The legal fees were below the market average and the service assisting us and the solicitor was exceptional - Jonny would always intervene whenever needed and he really managed to keep the ball rolling even when the solicitor would seem too busy to reply to our enquiries.

I have now used onthemove services 3 times, I was initially sceptical in the beginning thinking this is too good to be true, but the whole process was so seamless and it saved me a lot of money, the service that I received from Ollie was impeccable and the solicitor that he recommend to me has been the best i have ever dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ollie is a true professional. There are so so many solicitors out there that trying to find one you trust is literally like searching for a lifetime partner, but worse is that they (a lot) are all after money and its difficult to know who to go to without a recommendation.

Ollie prides himself on his client facing skills. His business model is all about finding trusted colleagues in firms and referring to them, so you actually don't buy into the firm, you are buying into his trusted few. He is the fastest person to respond to any queries as is his whole team and if there are issues relating to your conveyancing, he will take the time to explain and sort things for you. A real professional who is not motivated by money but the pride he takes in his work. I cannot recommend him and his team more.

We decided to use an online provider for the recent sale and purchase of our house and we were surprised at the quick and efficent manner that On the Move referred us to Hutchins solicitors. From start to finish the whole process took less than 12 weeks to complete. Overall we were extremely happy with the service provided and indeed the price we paid and I would use them again.

My partner and I recently purchased a property and as first time buyers, we were completely overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin.

After reaching out to onthemove, Jonny explained everything in the simplest way possible and put our minds at ease. Once the ball was rolling, Jonny and his team were moving quicker than we’d ever hoped for and the entire process was seemless and extremely easy. We’d heard from friends and family that the process is normally stressful and something that most people are glad they only have to do once. Not the case with onthemove.

I can honestly say that after this experience, I would recommend onthemove to everyone I know who is moving or purchasing for the first time. The service, process and outcome have all been incredible. Jonny offered us to call him at any time with any questions we had, even if the subject wasn’t completely his responsibility. Extremely helpful and if we ever move house, we will definitely be back.

5 Star Service!!!

Recently bought a flat and had no idea where to start when it came to looking for conveyancers, I did a quick Google search to have a look what was out there and this is when I discovered Onthemove, I got a quote, was called the same day and subsequently decided to proceed with their service and I’m so glad I did. They got me all up and running on the same day with my solicitor.

At almost a 1/3 of the cost of my estate agents recommended solicitors I was concerned if the quote I had got from Onthemove would cover everything, but they stuck to their word and there was no nasty surprises upon completing.

There was some delays during the transaction, this was caused by the freeholders of my flat but my solicitor kept pushing and without them I honestly think we would still be waiting for replies.

All in all 5 star service

Just completed before the Easter weekend! Took 8 weeks all in all to complete and couldn’t have been happier with the result, everything was done in line with what they explained and was on the faster time of the average they quoted. Solicitor was on the ball which I’ve heard is rare and even started after a friend of mine and completed before ! Super happy , would highly reccomend!

So - the 2 owners I spoke to - Johnny & Oliver were excellent - they answered the phone quickly, knew their stuff & when I had to extricate myself super fast from a dreadful solicitor - Ackroyd Legal London - they had recommended, they did so immediately. So 10 out of 10 for that. However, they did recommend Ackroyd Legal London - a company of such utter incompetence that I cannot believe that 2 intelligent people would even remotely think they would do a good service. I have since heard that they have quite rightly dropped them. They also charged me a fee for the recommendation, which they kindly refunded, so again excellent service on their behalf.
Onthemove did their jo b competently & professionally & when I had to get rid of those bad solicitors, they did so without any fuss & very fast. so 10 out of 10 for that as well. I would certainly use them again
