This is my third review for this fraudulent company; be warned, THEY DO NOT SHIP GOODS! For every review, the company wrote that they were sorry and would send me information via Trustpilot to resolve the issue, but they never did. They simply don't care, and if I hadn't been constantly emailing their various support addresses, they wouldn't have bothered at all.
They charged me for half a year (a total of 5 payments) and didn't even bother to send a single product. After two months of almost daily communication with their support team, who gave the same robotic reply almost every time, I managed to get 3 payments back.
However, for the remaining 2 payments (for October and November – Decade and Lucky designs), they are trying to refuse the refund by claiming the warranty/claim period has expired. This claim CANNOT BE APPLIED because I never received a single shipment with a product to which they could apply a warranty. They simply stole the money, sent nothing, and refuse to return the full amount.
In my opinion, they are scammers who wait for people who fall for this trap to give up. Be careful with this damnable company; they are fraudsters! I will personally seek to resolve this through further relevant authorities (the European Consumer Centre). If anyone else wants to join, you can contact me.

They kept me on after I cancelled the free trial
I got a free trial back in feb. The exact date I signed up for this trial is 16th of feb. When the trial came through I decided I didn’t like it and decided to cancel. Which I did. However I never received an email, which I thought a bit odd but ultimately did not question.
A month later I’m getting charged again for a product I never wanted. I check my account, find it’s still active even after the website confirmed it was cancelled so in a panic I cancelled this subscription again.
I reach out trying to rectify it and they confirmed I would be charged again in April for May. I don’t want these products, they’re cheaply made and unpleasant but now I can’t cancel and I need the cancellation email I never received in order to cancel them.
It feels like such a scummy business model. So if you’re wanting to cancel, make sure they send an email, even if you have to ask for one to come through.
Better yet, just don’t buy from them. They are scraps of fabric you could make at home for less than they charge.
