Based on your review, and the email you sent, it appears you didn't read the product description or view the accompanying photos which informed people of the imperfections on this jersey which clearly commincated it was well worn and had loose stitching. We did however miss the small hole on the side and once we received your email we offered you a resolution straight away which you accepted. As our other reviews show, as well as our overall score, we always aim to communicate any imperfections on the jerseys so people can shop in confidence and know what they are going to get.

My daughter like myself is a great Munster Rugby supporter. She wanted a Munster Jersey but a vintage one. So I thought I would surprise her. So I went online and came across Onside Jerseys. There I found a 2009/2010 Jersey just the right size and in very good condition. Do I purchased it for my daughter and surprised her with it on Saturday. She was absolutely delighted.
The Jersey was just as they said it would be, and was delivered so quickly and efficiently.
I am delighted with my purchase, so is my daughter, happy days.
