Planning a large family Christmas last year we were sad and worried about my partners elderly Grandmother having to be left out because she couldn't manage our stairs. A friend recommended Gary at Onlylifts and suggested we could rent one.
That's exactly what we did. We rented a lift for a week.
Gary came and fitted it on Christmas Eve and was polite, friendly and diligent. He left everything spotless, gave us a full demonstration on how to use it, guided us through the safety functions and promptly came to take it away during the break between Christmas and New Year so that we weren't left with out our stair gates up for any longer than necessary ( we have a 1 year old little girl who loves the stairs!).
I was amazed to discover that I could rent a stairlift for such a short period and thrilled with the service we received.
And, as I am sure you can imagine, Nan was absolutely over the moon to be able to spend Christmas with us all.
