Don't be in a hurry!
I ordered several bandanas that were "in stock". Received an auto response via email. More than a week passed, I contacted the customer service number. I could not reach a person and had left 3 voice messages with no return call. I then left messages via email on the site. Got one response telling me that the order number was incorrect. The order number I received via auto response via email--"was incorrect". I then left a fourth voice mail stating that I ordered the items for an upcoming gig and was concerned they would not get to me on time. My order was somehow "misplaced" and it was on its way.
Lousy customer service, If you order a pre=tied bandana your head better not be larger than a child.
Poor rating from me, and I do not recommend this company.
