Staff was great. Breakfast Sandwich for the bus ride was a nice touch. CFP SMU Blanket was a nice surprise. No complaints - best On Location trip I have taken this season!

The trip was well planned, organized, and first class. Hotel accommodations were also first class.
Departing from the airport (Newark) was handled well: however, leaving the airport was not very well organized and lacked assistance.

This was my 7th vball final four. The pre-game food & drink was decent and meeting Olympic volleyball player Haleigh Washington and coach Karch Karaly was wonderful. My main issue is given how finals are 3 days after semis, we should not be forced to buy both semis & finals (used to be able to choose semis or finals or both). Then have to deal with selling finals ticket or committing to hotel & travel from Wed-Monday—not great value!!

Our location was changed without notice from inside the stadium to almost a half mile outside of the stadium with no complimentary shuttles. In Greenville, SC for the Sweet 16 a few years ago, we enjoyed prime seating and could go back and forth to eat and drink at our seats.

Hospitality room selection was top notch. Only negative was getting to and from the room in Gainbridge. Was a nightmare.

We had to cancel our Nascar Darlington trip last year due to ER Hip Replacement surgery. OnLocation worked with us to hold our trip off for a year and rebooked it with no problem. Very understanding and accommodating to us.

The transportation arrangement was terrific! However, the food/drink component was extremely disappointing - a boxed sandwich/salad/cookie on the way out (to make matters worse, I am gluten intolerant so the only thing I could eat was the salad and could not have seconds) and the alcoholic beverages were almost nonexistent. On the return trip, again it was a snack box and they ran out of mixers so I only got one cobbled together drink for a gin and tonic which was made with ginger ale (ugh).

We bought tickets to both the 2023 and 2024 Men's NCAA Semi and Final games. Great seats, reasonable price. Perks promised in the 2023 game weren't delivered (due to sales they claim). These included food/beverages. Also, we were supposed to get souvenir tix from the final game but instead we got them for the semi-final game. We did get the souvenir tix for the 2024 final game.

From the English soldiers dancing when we walked in, to the English telephone photo booth, to the band, the drinks, the food, the atmosphere, the NFL player coming. The entire experience was amazing from beginning to end.

The experience in Brazil was not that good. After waiting an hour past the time to enter the stadium and waiting in line another hour to get to gate , only to be told I couldn't bring my back pack inside and had to go check it in some 500 yards across the parking lot from the gate. Once inside, there was no one there to guide us to the tailgate party which only turned out To be 2hours instead of the 4 hours in the package. After the party it took us 30 minutes to get to our seats with the help of a guide who showed us where they were halfway around from the party. The game was very good, but again after the game the supposed to be housepartaliy from on location was no where to be found. The whole set up was really off, and I feel that we were rob on the price considering the assistance we received and the price we paid. I would love to do more events with on location but, I'm afraid that it will turn I to another bad experience.

Everything with on location was great. Friendly staff & transportation.

Usually everything is fine. In Berlin, I had not received my Smackdown tickets but the team on site kindly and understandingly resolved that. When purchasing Wrestle Mania packages by phone, the prepayments that are valid for one year, were not visible. However, Mr. Parker Chestnutt followed up and put this right. Mr. Chestnutt is helpful, friendly and a man of his word.

Last time, the WWE stars were stationed in different parts of the restaurant. This time, they actually did go around the tables and greeted everyone. Although the price maybe more than what’s expected, but to talk the men and women of WWE is awesome

Poor communication and service.

You could improve the food , 2 it would be great to meet some of the players either after or before any game, have other Merch specific for us , even if you chare more , it can me a lot more expensive but make it better
