Awful experience

Bought all my bathroom tiles from this site and experience has been awful due to: tiles arriving continuously smashed showing no care at all, customer service disappearing when needed to solve issues, paid extra money for express shipping but received broken tiles after one week and not been refunded for the shipping expenses, still waiting after 5 months!! My bathroom should have been completed in mid February and it ended at end of March. Avoid them.
