Ghost customer service: voucher denied and faulty product
The company gave me a £246 voucher after an exchange, telling me I could use it for a future purchase. Now, they turn a deaf ear whenever I ask to use it.
I also bought a camera that stopped working after just one month. When I asked for help, they told me that the person who manufactured this model had died, yet it is still being sold on their website.
The most incredible part is that they simply ignore all my attempts to contact them.
