Fantastic service from purchasing to delivery.
Purchased a manual recliner for £199 and was amazed at the quality of the chair..
The delivery service was brilliant. The driver was friendly and polite he very kindly assembled the chair for me and placed it where it needed to be. The delivery fee was beyond reasonable.
Overall a brilliant all round service.
Would be happy to recommend and will certainly not hesitate to use again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great value for money and furniture of a high standard. Access was an issue for most other companies I spoke to but not these guys. If your looking for a good quality product at unbelievable prices then I'd consider online sofa world everytime. 5 star company.

Worst company ever, ordered a left hand sofa from them and they sent me 2 of the same 3 seater sides, also the description did not mention any damage but there was a rip on the arm and base, the colour was completely different and item was not as described

they refused to collect and refund even under distance selling regulations.

so far i have a useless sofa filling the living room up and no space, they accused me of damaging the sofa and attempting to repair it even though i took pics straight away after unpacking and messaging them on facebook messenger

i now have to raise a section 75 with my bank to try to get my money back

really bad experience , please don't order from this company you will regret it if you have any issues go to a reputable company like scs or dfs wish i had now.

Not only a massive saving on buying a new sofa, but no long lead times and absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish. Questions answered out of hours on a Sunday and nothing too much trouble. Fantastic delivery team, so helpful and efficient. I can fully recommend this company for superb sofas, accurately described, and a first class buying experience.

Ordered a sofa on Sunday and arrived today. Excellent quality and delivery drivers were great.

Order 2 sofas but only got 1 when asked for a refund got funny, i even rang trading standards today and they have even said on that im Entitle to a refund, because of fales adverts i had no knowledge at all, no care for their customers
