Payment info entered in, message shows as declined or unable to process the order

I saw the ad for your Pocket cinema mini projector while I was watching YouTube. The price of the product shows $9.95, with free shipping to Atwater. I tried to complete the order using my PayPal account which it didn’t work. I believe it read unable to process. The second time is said payment denied. Then I made the third attempt;using my bank account and I got “unable to process order. I then verified info was correct only for it to be denied.

I even did a check on TrustPilot and as of yet you don’t have any reviews so are you a relatively new online company? it’s just after midnight and I’m getting tired and I may not be seen something that I forgot to fill out.

Can you possibly figure out why the order won’t process and send any info of what may have gone wrong to my email address? I like the product, but after three attempts to purchase the item, I’m just temporarily unsure of your company and life just need to be sure about the orders
