I chat with customer support number.They said your kyc process is pending so pay BNB for activation withdraw process and withdraw USDT within 5min.i paid BNB to given address by OTC suport,one day pass away still they said to me that, within 48hr kyc process being update.some system issue. It's really Scam. Not withdraw and easy process.just fool customer.they are lier literally.

Not satisfied with There Method of Fees
Only 10% of transaction fees is Highlighted initially,Then after they Are asking For Withdrawal fees ,then again They ask for fees for Kyc....
Why they don't Tell Clients all there fee structure
It's like once You Pay transaction feel they Ask withdrawal fees then kyc fees
Why they don't transfer funds to My account which allready kyc verified

While trying for Kyc fees I was unable to Pay In USD,so ask Another option ,So parallel value Suggested By them i.e. BNB ,I was deposited In address suggested by Customer Support,
After 4 days of KYC fees payment ,kyc was pending,so Asked for Reversal of The same to My Trustwallet,
At this time instead of Reversing it to My Trustwallet account,they guided only for Adding these funds to ONLINEOTC Account,now these BNB paid for KYC fees they added to My Dashboard..
So My KYC is still pending....
With reason of KYC Fees not Paid
So they again asking to Pay More for KYC......
