The website stated I would receive thr…

The website stated I would receive thr exact delivery time from the courier closer to the date. This never happened ans i had to chase the information myself. When kitchen arrived there was no assembly plan or instructions included . We were left with comment from couriers "puzzle for you". When carrying the plate warmer by your appointed courier , they dropped it and the outer glass completely smashed leaving the appliance form outside with sharp edges and not covered

Highly recommended

Seamless communication, fast removal of kitchen, left everything tidy. Nothing goes in the landfill and we made some money, too!

Do not trust this merchant

Do not trust this merchant. They sold me a kitchen, I paid in addition for packing and pallets. In reality kitchen worktops where loaded by merchant without proper packaging and pallets, the granite worktop of kitchen was broken due that. Merchant claims no responsibility. Answers consist of lies and half lies. They ignore the fact that packaging was not compliant with terms and conditions of sale. When they get your money they just do not care what happens next. Keep away from their stuff including Elbert van Dalen as well.

Hi Enn, you purchased the kitchen through Troostwijk, and it originally came from us. You arranged for a transporter to collect the kitchen, and during transport, the countertop was damaged. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with this.

Prima ervaring

Prima ervaring. Contact via mail verliep goed en duidelijk contract. Demonteren verliep vlot en alles is netjes achtergelaten. Was zonde om weg te gooien, fijn dat keuken hergebruikt wordt.
