An absolute obtuse call with Evan - wouldn’t recommend their service as they (Evan to be precise) doesn’t explain anything they do in the most reluctant way

The worst professionalism I’ve come across. I clicked on a marketing ad that said get 40-50 patients a month or you don’t pay for our work so I booked the call to find out more about that claim.

The worst call in the world Evan who I spoke to sounded so disorientated from when he called and asked what I’m struggling with and I said not much wanted to see if the claim 40-50 patients a month was true, he would deviate and instead ask what our current marketing involves which I explained then Evan jumped into conclusions saying that ‘we don’t work with clinic that aren’t willing to put in the effort to grow’ and other false assumptions meanwhile not once did he introduce what the company does to match that offer.

The worst thing he said on the call is that we only usually work with clinics that are struggling financially and are looking for help. And I said so you don’t take on clinic with a good revenue? Every question asked he would go quite and say anything but what their company offers.

Overall, as a business owner I wouldn’t recommend any clinic doing well for themselves to speak with Evan as he was very insolent and obtuse the whole call. So I mentioned won’t you address what it is you will offer or conclude to? Then ENDED THE CALL ON ME to say he has a call after that he needs to attend to.

Hi Abigail,

This interaction was an introductory screening call and did not progress to a presentation or explanation of services.

We use these calls to assess mutual fit and active interest in growth before moving forward. In this case, it became clear during the conversation that expectations did not align, so the call was concluded.

We wish you the best going forward.
