Royal Mail have completely let me down and I am still waiting for my order of over a week ago. I cannot get a satisfactory answer from customer support and they have effectively said it is my fault. I want to cancel and get a refund but have not heard anything yet. Disappointing!

My initial application was very easy and I had absolute faith that it was looked at assessed safely.
