Good communication for the most part
I found communication very easy, and the doctors were quick to reply and helpful. My only criticism is that I received no text letting me know when my medication was ready for collection, and whilst it says to call the branch, I did on several occasions and noone answered...this resulted in me having to go to the location, and wait in line for ages.

The notification to let you know when your prescription is ready for collection is managed by the pharmacy, and they are responsible for sending a text message once it’s prepared. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive this, especially after trying to call and not getting through.

I have now applied twice and the silence was deafening so I went into chat who suggested sending an email which I did but still no response !!! I had thought long and hard before applying and am staggered that I have had neither acceptance nor rejection ! Appalling customer service

Happy with my experience
Happy with my experience. Not the cheapest, but the clinicians work past normal working hours and as a result are really quick to make changes to orders or resolve queries

Bad customer service. I asked several questions and no one ever gave me an answer. I tried to cancel the order and explained my circumstances and that was refused. Would never use them again and certainly would not recommend to any one.
