I found the process disappointing
I found the process disappointing. Requesting documents even though I said I was no longer diabetic which increased the time I waited for the prescription.
The pharmacy then didn’t have my mobile number to tell me my prescription was there, I ended up ringing to find out what was happening.
When I got my prescription the needles were not in the package.
I will not be using this service again.

The programme is not fully coordinated…
The programme is not fully coordinated with the local pharmacy where you pick up the drugs. I was not offered needles or a sharps box. I am some distance from the pharmacy so cant just drop in to pick things up. I had made a special effort for the first pick up I had thought they were going to check my BMI i.e. weight and height but there was none of this.

The process of getting an adrenaline pen
The process of getting an adrenaline pen was very easy and when ordering the pen it was a user friendly system and easy to do. When I hadn’t received any messages about my prescription I went into the store and they were very friendly and told me when it was due to be delivered. I then got a text in the next couple days and pick up was very easy, again friendly staff.
