Poor customer service
Delivery was quick and smooth and product quality at first inspection is as expected.
However, two days after ordering I tried to call them. Their answering machine tells: "If we don't answer the phone, it is because all our employees are occupied" and then it automatically hangs up the phone.
That is simply not done and in my opinion causes a one star rating.
Shortly after I decided to send them an email instead and that got answered within an hour, with appropriate information and some good back and forth communications. That put them back up to 3 stars.
If install goes without trouble, a 4th star might appear
