Easy guidelines. Got all the info I needed.

The data reporting is very detailed and easy to use. I had not only received a follow-up via email, I also received a txt message asking if I had received everything I needed and if I had any additional questions. I am very impressed with the professionalism from this group.

Like others have noted, this company is a scam. We were told it would be $1 for first report only to be charged $49 and then monthly charges of $28.95. I contacted customer service and cancelled the subscription we had not agreed to. Was told the March charge was refunded and that an email would be sent confirming cancellation. A week later we had not received an email. When I called for the third time I was told that Andy had sent the confirmation and was given his email address. I sent him an email explaining the situation and it was returned We still have not received an email confirming cancellation and there is no credit for the March charge.
