An absolute five-star experience from The Online Boiler Company! My old system broke down unexpectedly last week and finding a reliable boiler replacement in Glasgow felt overwhelming until I messaged these guys.From the initial online quote over WhatsApp to the final installation, the communication was spot-on. The engineer Scott arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and replaced our old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler in just one day. Not only was their pricing completely transparent with zero hidden fees, but they also beat two other local quotes I received. One of which was actually a recommendation from a friend but he was around £400 more expensive for the same boiler and wanted paid cash! So glad I shopped about, got it much cheaper and could pay with my credit card. What really stood out was their attention to detail and they even took all the old parts away with them. I think you missed the point of my concern.
I had a brand new boiler that was faulty, I was told that now it was installed it was a warranty.
I asked for a replacement or refund both of which were refused.
I now have a brand new boiler that has been repaired before use.
I do understand the repercussion of poor reviews and I did mention you had positive reviews but I felt it important to be honest about my experience. The main issue being the lack of concern or procedure to deal with this.
You did not correspondence with Vokera, you told me to take it up with the Merchant, it was in fact Scott the engineer who called them to try and help as I had no heating or hot water.
Nothing personal just worth considering in future.
I hope you will take this in the spirit it is intended and you will refrain from commenting on myself and daughter personally and without foundation.
I trust this brings the matter to a conclusion.

I have just had a boiler fitted by this company. I did look at reviews beforehand and they seemed positive overall.
Unfortunately the boiler they installed was faulty and there wasno facility to speak directly to them as they don't take phone calls.
They are now not communicating at all despite whatsapps and emails.
I did manage to speak to the owner Fraser because he called the engineer but he was very unhelpful and at times rude telling me it's not his problem, I was just unlucky and he didn't have a process for this.
The independent engineer was very good and communicated with Vokera directly as Fraser wouldn't, they sent an engineer but I was left with no heating or hot water in the interim and no way to contact Online Boiler Co.
I'm sure many people have good experiences but I felt it worthwhile highlighting this issue and the attitude to the customer of the owner.

Absolute 5-star service from start to finish! We needed a boiler replacement at our home in Cathcart (G44) and The Online Boiler Company came highly recommended. They handled the complete boiler installation in just a few hours. We had a modern combi boiler fitted, and getting a new boiler installed for an unbeatable £1299 was incredible value. The engineers were professional, tidy, and efficient. We are so happy with the results and will be recommending them to everyone we know!

As a landlord, I appreciate the transparency in pricing. paying separately for materials and installation make things clearer for accounting. This is my fourth time using them and the service has been consistently reliable. One job took a bit longer than expected, but overall still good value

The process is straightforward and I liked the idea of paying the engineer after installation. The boiler is working fine now, although there was a bit of back-and-forth during scheduling. Overall decent service, just could be a bit more organised.

Wow! what a service ordered on Thursday afternoon fitted and running Monday lunchtime. Couldn't beat the price hundred of pounds cheaper, and for a Worcester combi boiler. Also happy they arranged a time and were here ready to go. Scott fitted the boiler, overcame any problems with great efficiency. I would say he went the extra mile with some adjustments he had to make. It's a complete service old boiler removed and new boiler tested before leaving. Very happy and I would use them again, thank you

Hi was a bit apprehensive in dealing online with a heating company when i contacted the OnlineBoilerCompany my fears were gone they answered every questioned I asked they made it so easy the final step was when Scottie and Paddy arrived to fit my new Boiler and Radiators they arrived early first impression they guys know their job very friendly explained everything a good company to deal with and thanks to Scottie and Paddy for a job well done when my Wife and I returned the job was complete tidy filled in guarantee Scottie explained how the boiler and radiators work satisfied customer EDDIE

Can not fault anything by the Online Boiler Company. From first port of contact I had my quote very quickly which was miles below others I received. On paying I had my date for fitting which went without a hitch. The fitter was chatty and pleasant and complete the job to a high standard answering all questions I had. There is nothing negative I can say, I would recommend to anyone and would use again in a heart beat. One very happy customer.

The guys that turned up scott&paddy done a fantastic proffesional job. Nothing was a problem. Onsite 8am done job no problem very tidy workers. A credit to your business.

I would definitely recommend Glasgow Online Boilers. Sent a few photos of my old boiler and then was given a quote and within a few days the new combi boiler was fitted. Scott and Paddy were brilliant, nothing was any trouble for them, didn’t even stop for coffee. Another great job done. This is the second time I have used Online Boilers as they had replaced the combi boiler in my old house. This time it was a rip out of old system and replaced with a combi. Great to see Scott and Paddy as they had done the other house a year ago. New boiler fitted and concealed behind existing kitchen cupboard where old boiler was. A really neat job. Highly recommend this company. On hearing I had no hot water or heating , due to a leak , since Christmas Eve , they were out within 2 days. Paddy and Scott fantastic workers, no breaks , even although they were offered food , they just cracked on with the job. Fantastic price , excellent service.
