There is no waiting for an agent to pick up the phone. The agent handled my order in a professional and speedy manner.
However, there could be one area of improvement. Your website price of metals is in real time. That's really good, however, it would be helpful if you could offer real time prices on the page where the metals are being purchased without having to refresh the page.

Transaction did not go through on the 11-4-24.
Order is still setting in my shopping cart.
Had to pay more this morning. (called it in)
Someone was suppose get a hold of me in regards to this matter. So far no call and no email.
Tried to check out order last night twice but Kitco system did not work. Hit the check out twice, and nothing happened.

I made a sale transaction, and then realized that critical details (address, email) in my account information were outdated and incorrect. Through use of the virtual chat, and speaking with an agent via phone, I was able to correct this information. Attempted to set up payment process with PLAID and it did not process system acknowledge bank but became stuck in a loop when attempting to check out PLAID never appeared on my account spoke to Kitco twice on the phone customer service people were polite and gave a ernest effort to resolve the issue but did not .. I acknoledge I may have been the issue in the intial set-up of linking Kitco, Plaid and Bank ended up overnight check this am....additional cost
