It was a great experience, we caught a lot of fish and enjoyed the delicious food cooked by the Captain. Last but not least we loved the opportunity to dive into the crystal clear sea.

We are a family of 4. We did a trip from Phuket to Koh Rok. Booked with Online-phuket.com. Everything was great, instant confirmation with email, pick up on time, fair price compare to local agencies, and the trip was great. 5 stars!

The staff was great, I got the tour where I got the chance to ride the elephant, white water rafting, ATV, and see a waterfall for a great price. I would highly recommend them.

Lots of activities packed into one day was a plus for us with convenient hotel pick up and drop off. The river rafting was a blast, the ATV ride was good, especially for beginners with some exciting hills and river crossings. The snake show was very well done with great staff as was the Elephants. You can tell these animals are well cared for. Overall, we took 2 day trips with online-phuket.com and thoroughly enjoy both of them. I highly recommend!

Went to Similan islands with this agency on an Early Bird tour. It was an amazing experience, it was very well organised , stops were efficiently time-boxed and we were on time on every stop.
I really liked the organisation, we didn’t have too many stops, we had enough time on islands for relax and on 2 snorkling sports for swimming.

The boat was very comfortable, we didn’t come back wet (as it usually happens on speedboats), it was very nicely driven by the captain which was a very pleasant surprise for us :) .

We were well informed about the spots, what to see, how better to experience, where to go first to avoid crowds , even how to shoot videos under the water . Guides were super super informative, giving us very helpful hints on every step- which was very appreciated. They were also very caring, checking if we felt well and gave us medicine and some liquid when it was a bit bumpy in the sea to not feel sick. We felt well taken care of during the entire trip. Both guides Stas and Jack were amazing!!
Food was very good as well.
The only thing is that we have left the pier with a delay and arrived at 8:10 to the Similan islands, instead of 7:30, which gave us a bit less time on the first island, but we still were the first company to arrive and it was a detail compared to all the good stuff on this trip. I’m very happy - it’s absolutely worth the money and would recommend further! Thank you!

We booked a trip with english guide for a a 1 day tour Khao Lak safari. Payment and booking was great, no problem at all! Pick-up from hotel was suppose to be between 07:40 - 08:10 so we get up early to be in time. The guide send message in WhatsApp and told they where late, like 55 minuter. The bus came 09.10... A couople was late..
We got a nice guide and he explained well in Russian but for the 2 of us who wanted an English guide it was more like "Now we're going to do this and then this".
First stop was at Suwan Kuha Temple. We got to see monkeys but could not come in and see the temple as it cost money. No big money but they said everything would be included in the price of our tour.
After that a we was driven to the mini-zoo. It was horrible to see the animals in this condition and we could have done without it.
Trip goes on.
We went on to a small canal to ride bamboo-boats for about 15 minutes through the "jungle". It was not a real jungle more like a little forest and small canal made for tourists and these boats.
Keep going.
The elephant trekking about 15 minutes.It was nice and enough!
It says in the ad that we would have a spa with the elephants for 15 minutes. The 15 minutes included all 17 participants on the bus. 2 minutes to take photo in the water together with the elephants and thats it. Finaly we was served a big lunch after seeing a babyelephant show for 2 minutes.
Well thats it. The waterfall could not be seen cause it had not rained for a long time and therefore there was then no water in the waterfall.
After all...
It was nice to see all these things, for sure but the disappointment of not getting a guide who could talk to us even though we booked an English guide and also the delay in the morning makes me rate the company 3.
Would I do it again? No I dont think so, cause I pay alot and I'm not sure it was worth all that.

The busdriver took great risks when he drove and sometimes you wonder if he had a deathwish and endangered the lives of us on the bus.
Finaly, I must say I liked the nice guide after all, he really tried.

The planning and ongoing communications with Online-Phuket for the better part of our vacation were excellent. We booked an Elephant care package at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in Phuket. This tour exceeded my sky-high expectations. I sensed staff at the park genuinely cared that elephants have good conditions for life.

It was easy to book a transfer to Phi Phi from Phuket. The driver picked us up at our hotel in Patong, and dropped off at the pier, there we got ferry tickets to Phi Phi. In 2 hours approx. we've got to Phi Phi Don.

Hello, I want to share my impressions about Online-Phuket service. We booked 5 Pearls of Andaman at this website. It was amazing 2-day trip to James Bond Island. Hong, Krabi, and Phi Phi. We had accommodation in Phi Phi Don at the simple but comfortable hotel. We had many stops at beaches and lagoons during 2 days, sometimes we wanted to stay longer at some places but had to go to the next stop. That's why we consider a private boat trip for our vacation next year.

Thank you for your transfer service from Phuket airport to the hotel and back from hotel to airport, it was a comfortable and fast trip, we had the whole minibus, the driver was kind enough to make a short stop to exchange money.

What a dump. This places nears Bali's level of nasty. Rough, uneven and dangerously narrow "pavements", piles of rubbish strewn in obstacle course like barriers all over the place. Additionally, the smell of raw sewage permeates most streets walked. Traditional marketeers and their authentic Thai wares have swept away and replaced with Chinese junk sold by Indian vendors. Imagine the stomach churning stench of used toilet paper you must store because you can't flush toilet paper down the loo. Sorry folks, but if you're looking for a culture drenched experience go elsewhere. However, if you're looking for drunken and drugged louts, constant solicitation for happy ending massages and a dirty grubby unkempt streetscapes then Phuket is for you.

Good online agency, offers many tours at a good price. 2 weeks in south Thailand I ve done many tours with them. I recommend.

Loved the tour of the jungle (Phangnga), white water rafting, ATV riding, elephant riding and ziplining wow!!! Incredible staff and so well organized and fun!!! More Americans should use this service! (Don’t forget to tip the staff)
