BAD Job

Hello,

I have ordered your invoice from 09.09.2025 from 09.09.2025 via the DOONE EBAY PORTAL with the order number/invoice number order 13-13554-02599 from 09.09.2025. When I unpacked, I injured myself on the sheet.

On closer examination, I found that the cut edges were not processed or draded out in the slightest. I had to do this myself. Of course, the painting suffered, so I also had to repair the paint.

Singing such a workpiece is absolutely unprofessional and also dangerous.

Excellent customer service, quality

I ordered a perforate plate cut to size, with a specific request about the edging. It arrived quickly but there was a misunderstanding and the wrong thing was sent. I contacted them by mail, and within 3 days I had received a replacement (correct) piece shipped to Denmark at no additional cost. You couldn't ask for better customer service than that. Thank you, and I'll surely be ordering again. The part is exactly as I had hoped for too, and good quality.
