I was disappointed with the condition…

I was disappointed with the condition in which the ONKRON D121E arrived. The box did not have much protection, and the arm itself looked dirty and showed signs of wear, making it seem like it may have been used before.

The included bolts also did not seem to match my monitor, even though my monitor model was listed as compatible with this arm.

Overall, receiving a product in this condition was not what I expected. I would have expected the arm to arrive clean, well protected, and with compatible hardware included.

The TVstand in itself is great. Assembling had manufacturing issues

The TV stand in itself is great.
For the assembling part, the holes were poorly drilled and not overlapping and impossible to get the screw inside to bind the pieces together. I needed an extra drilling machine to drill the holes again in the right alignment in order to be able to assemble the TV Stand. Apart from that setback that costed a few hours, the TV stand is very good

Terrible customer service!

Totally unbelievable experience! My product was not delivered and my messages have gotten no response. I wish I could give less than one star!
