I thought that the ability to find the item that I was looking for was great. The ability to track the item was also great. Although the color of the item matched, it would have been nice to be able to find the item in more finish/color

The floor is good quality and works really well. One issue I’ve had is opening a box to find several of the planks damaged with broken corners and a few with a blue powder like substance that is stained on them. Thankfully it’s only been a couple boxes that are affected but still not ideal as I can’t use those planks for my floor.

Making a large purchase (4000 sq ft of laminate) online with a company you have never heard of before can be very challenging. My experience with Marc at Onflooring was superb. First, their web site is very clear and provides the final price with all volume discounts upfront. No "give us your contact information and we will give you a quote". The site recommends many related accessories designed for the flooring you are purchasing. Very helpful. The price was significantly better than the best local price I received from local vendors. Marc was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me valuable insights on the project upfront. Product arrived in perfect condition on the dates promised. Super responsive by email and extremely fair in all of their dealings. I would highly recommend Marc and OnFlooring.

Purchased Karndean flooring transition trim. Communication was great, came on time. Trim is colored paper wrapped around wood trim, and the color is no where close to the flooring I installed. I’ll probably try and paint it or buy trim from another manufacturer that’s close in color.

Thanks for your reply. I sent you via email the photos. There were two manufactured dates each with a different texture and a slightly different color.

The service and ordering process was great. I ordered 7 stair nose pieces. 5 were from one lot and the other 2 were from a different lot. They don’t match. Totally different look and texture. I had no choice but to use.

The flooring shipped so fast! It was in great condition and only one or two boards were not able to be used because of broken edging. The price was the best on the market by a significant amount. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Company took care of me when package showed up broken and half. They requested pictures and sent me new replacement items very quickly. Highly recommend them.

Screwed down the metal clips with truss head screws. Regular wood screws will deform the clip strips. Wet the molding with soapy water before attaching. Had to hit it hard with a rubber mallet. I think this will hold up well!! The T strips are black plastic with something like colored contact paper for the color and grain appearance. I have the Graffiti flooring. Apparently there are two Graffiti "colors" and I ordered the other color. Sad.
