Efficient service. I was informed that one item was out of stock almost immediately and a refund for that amount was made. The rest of the goods arrived speedily and well wrapped. I will be very happy to buy from the One World Shop again.

I love the One World Shop, beautiful fairtrade and vegan products at a fair price, lovely atmosphere and excellent customer service. I recently ordered online, my order was well-packaged and delivered promptly. Super happy with both items (loofah washing up sponge and some earrings). I would (and do) definitely recommend!

Impressive range of fair trade goods
I was looking for a decent variety of fair trade Christmas gifts and was very impressed by the range and quality of items the One World Shop stock. Their online delivery service was prompt and efficient. I will definitely shop with them again.

The one world shop is brilliant - helpful phone call about the order and then it came by bike courier over New Year when the weather was pretty bad.

Great experience with the One World Shop Edinburhg
We recently used the One World Shop Edinburgh to click and collect some gifts and also to have other gifts delivered. We were impressed by the ease and speed of both contacts and also the selection and quality of gifts. The delivery was by bike! and shop really tries to offer sustainable products. The click and collect was safe re Covid and speedy. Highly recommend.

Great Service! Ordered very early AM and heard later that day by phone what wasn't available and delivered the following day by a lovely gentleman who delivered by bike! Absolutely amazing service and all done with cheery chats!!! So needed these days!

A wallet made from an Innertube!
I was absolutely delighted with my ethical, fairtrade Christmas shopping from the One World Shop, delivered to my door. I have beautiful and unusual decorations and practical and useful bags, socks and a wallet made from an Innertube! How's that for recycling! I love the One World Shop
I love the One World Shop and always shop there for presents for family and friends, especially for Christmas. This year I had to use their online shop and I am very impressed with it. It is easy to navigate and works well. My first order arrived within a few days. Other sites I tried were clunky and slow so I put in another order to One World. Cheers, you are super.
