Don't buy anything from them. They don't honour warranty's, the laugh down the phone if you ring them. They come out with any reason why the should not. I would give them a negative score but are unable too.

After waiting months, I finally received a delivery but it was too late. They offered a free collection service and full refund. The product was collected two weeks ago and I haven’t received a refund even though I have chased many times. They haven’t even had the decency to respond to my emails. Avoid this company.

Ordered weights for my son's birthday mid January, eventually arrived very late March, communication from the company was poor, chased continually with limited replies to email and social media. The responses I did get reflect other's comments, stuck in shipping, delayed in customs and impacted by covid.

So I had completely given up when out of the blue I got a message saying my package would be delivered and when I got it I have to say I was impressed with the product

So 1 for comms and engagement and 5 for the product.

Took nearly 70 days to arrive. Absolute shambles in logistics. Evidently just a drop ship model where they don’t own the or store the product and order is passed to a 3rd party to fulfill. Gyms open soon no longer need the equipment that was ordered in Jan. Avoid.

Rubbish company ordered weights back in January never received them, they say they are a uk company yet when questioned said the weights were on train heading to uk and delays because of customs and brexit. If the company is in uk why are the weights from outside uk. Scam avoid

Although my OneWeight took almost 50 days with standard delivery, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their customer service; extremely fast and helpful responses, keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. I understand that the issue with my delivery time was out of their control with many unexpected factors contributing to the delay. After a few emails back and forth, the support team explained they have been let down by the shipping company and already have arrangements to change to a faster, more reliable delivery company. Although the wait did get rather irritating, the weights are very good quality.

Delivery did take quite a long time and I was worried about it being a scam (because of other bad reviews!) but I spoke to Oneweight via Facebook and the support email, and they were pretty helpful, although unfortunately received little info from the shipping company and therefore couldn’t give me many updates. My weights did arrive and shipping was quite long - about 45 days I think, but it was worth the wait. The quality is better than I expected and I’m very happy with my purchase now that it’s arrived, and have decided against the free return which I was considering before. I hope this can provide some reassurance to others like me who initially believed it was a scam. They gave me some sort of DPD label with a tracking number which the DPD site didn’t recognise until a day before the delivery. DPD were of course very helpful with the delivery as always, and I got a SMS message the day before telling me the delivery time. Thanks OneWeight! I would give 5 stars but delivery took a bit longer than I expected.

Do not order from these. I place a delivery in January not had anything. Blame the shipping all the time. Refuse a refund. Also say because it out for shipping we can't offer. Still poor. Also they don't get back to your emails only sometimes, if you keep bothering. Please just stay away don't fool for the trap. I paid over 300 and the answer they give back are so poor.

Scam. Ordered 40 days ago and I haven’t see my parcel. I asked for my money back and they refuse it .

Changing my review, as my items finally arrived on the 29th March. The items themselves are great, it is just a pity about the postage taking so long. Honest thought I had been scammed. No faults with the items to date.

Ordered on 16/1/2021, now the 24/2, and nothing has arrived. Now read on Facebook comments that it is a scam and it will never arrive. Very disappointing

I ordered the 40kg oneweight set and it came quicker than I expected considering the new lockdown. I used it today and I'm really impressed with the quality, the grips are really nice on your hands when benching. I spoke to them briefly on Facebook and they were very helpful. Thanks!
