I contact assistance lastsaturday because was no more ae to access a Tc with Macadress Tv, smartphone and laptop.
The support do install Proton VPN on smartphone and laptops to isolate the VPN of my company that I use to have secure access to my work from home.
Yesterday start to work the TV after reset and support advice to don't use pN proton on TV . Not Necessary.
This night contact the support to restart the services of smartphone and laptop.
Access now from all 3 devices now. All is fine and I'm protect from proton.
Thank you for the support and solve the issue.

I have been using them for years,now all of a sudden it doesn’t work and I still have 6 months left,what a waste of £40,two solid days I have tried to contact them ignored.

My iptv hasn't worked for 4 days now in the UK, ive emailed and the keep saying it's fixed but just keeps saying account expired or incorrect username, my firestick works fine, and it all worked great for about 4weeks then nothing, I've whatsapp them, nothing, the live chat doesn't work either, they take about 9hrs to answer emails . Not happy
