Shame on you

Shame on you! How do you sleep at night knowing you ripped-off
"prized customers" of their HARD-EARNED MONEY! I purchased 3 handbags 1 summers ago. took my money, said they were coming and never got them. Hope Karma pays you the visit you deserve.

Unacceptable behavior.

I ordered three handbags July, 2018. Have never received them in spite of numerous emails to the company and complaints to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General’s office in Portland, Oregon where they are located. “They have $111.00 of my money and nothing from them. More fool me.

I have purchased one of these bags

I have purchased one of these bags. After only minimal use one of the straps has almost frayed through and the other where it joins the handbag (at the rivet) has a L shaped tear. It is now totally unuseable. I have emailed through to them as I expect a refund. Will wait and see

Never came

I have one of there bags and love it. I decided to order one for girlfriend for Christmas. Placed order in Nov. Thinking it would arrive.
But it never came. Opened a dispute with paypal, for I paid thur them. They tried several time. You people never answered.
Paypay closed case. Issued me a refund.
Very disappointed.

NOTHING BUT CROOKS

I ordered something in October to give as a Christmas gift. It’s almost February and still haven’t received anything. I was told it was shipped and delivered to an address in Wisconsin. I told them I don’t live in Wisconsin and ask for a refund. Needless to say....no response! I will never order from those crooks again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!

How does a company like this…

How does a company like this continue...they are nothing but thieves with no conscience.
I have learned an expensive lesson, check the website reviews before ordering anything. All reviews are terrible for One (stupid) Trolley.
I should have thought of that 6 months ago before ordering my never to be seen items.

Won't be ordering anything online for a long time.

Don’t do it.

I had successfully ordered and received three beautiful hand bags from this company in January 2018. I placed another order of three handbags July 21st this year. I was informed that due to popular demand, my order would be delayed. After two months I attempted to get a refund. I was told I could not have a refund until the order was confirmed. Subsequently I received confirmation my order had been processed and a further confirmation of my order being mailed. Four and a half months later I am still waiting. .Never, ever again. Too bad, because the product is awesome

SERIOUSLY

SERIOUSLY, how can we shut this business down??? It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s been 3 months since I ordered these 2 handbags. I received an e-mail saying the bags are on it’s way but their package tracking page is IMPOSSIBLE since it just lists 30 different shipping courier options to click on (in which you have no idea which one you’re supposed to click) and they don’t even have a number to call. No response after the initial email of “your items are on it’s way!”

This company has severe issues and shouldn’t be allowed to do business. How can we make sure they’re shut down????

Do NOT ORDER from them you’ll NEVER see it!

I too ordered a bag July 23, 2018 and was told twice it was being processed the third time I’m told them if they didn’t respond and give me an answer I was turning them into PayPal which I used to purchase the bag. That was after 2 months of waiting. Three days later with no response I contacted PayPal and they started an investigation and they emailed me 2 weeks later and refunded my money. Do not order a bag or anything else from them as this has happened to a lot of people!

scam?.

Ordered the product 10 weeks ago. Have sent Two messages asking for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued. The continue to say the order is being processed and blame the shipping company. Will not provide shipping company contact. Scam?

Two weeks later and still no update from them. I have submitted a claim through PayPal. Stay away from this vendor.

Beware of this company!

Ordered a leather bag on 7/28/18 so that is 2 months I have waited with no information on tracking my pkg but they email me that it is still in progress. This is ridiculous & wrong to treat customers this way.

Never delivered

I purchased the purses I kept seeing online for sale as gifts for an event I had coming up. I paid 112.00 for them on July 23 and my card was charged accordingly. It has now been 11 weeks and I still do not have my product. I have repeatedly contacted the company and have been told that they will send me shipping information as soon as they get it from the shipping company. I have requested a refund/cancellation and am told that I cannot cancel the order until I return the merchandise that they still have not sent! I truly wish I had seen the negative reviews on this company prior to ordering. What a scam!! I will also be filing a complaint with the FTC.

I ordered three handbags and have never…

I ordered three handbags and have never received them. I’ve only received the runaround and weekly emails advertising these same handbags for sale!! Due to no knowledge of when my paid order on July 24, 2018 will ever be delivered, I requested a full refund after 40 days and have been told I will not receive it until after delivery and then I can request for return.
I should have never been charged until items where in stock and ready to be shipped.
I have been more than patient initiating more than five follow-up responses with the same vague answers. I even inquired as to why they are promoting items that are not in stock and even that response was vague.

These handbags were gifts that the events have all passed and I’m out of $112.00 plus replacement for the event gifts.

I wish I had read the complaints about this company prior to ordering else I would have never entered their site. If the promotion looks to go to be true, trust those Sellers who have great business practices!!

How can this fraudulent ordering we stopped?

In March I ordered two purses

In March I ordered two purses, it’s now August and no delivery. I did contact them, the first time they said it’s on it’s way. The next few times they don’t answer me. That’s $120 I’ve lost!!
