Extremely helpful team, all my questions were answered instantly, also very useful tool to go live in multiple platforms. Make sure to do some testing to understand which configuration works for you and your social media the best.

I wasted both money and reputation by buying Onestream. After getting the paid version, the first day of streaming was good. However, after that, I streamed 4/5 times, and all of them were horrible experiences.

Even after starting streaming, it does not go live on social media. I have to talk in Onestream's chat. An even bigger problem is that after a while, streaming on social media stops. I have to restart it.

It doesn't deserve even one star. However, I can't post a comment without giving it a star, so I had to give it one star.

Repeated issues with my connection. Hours spent on chat or calls with rude and unhelpful staff who do not listen or understand what is being said to them.

As a new customer of 'Onestream' I can say that I'm very happy with the service. The router has movable aerials which mean that I get better coverage than I ever did with 'Sky'. (There was an initial glitch when I first went live but that turned out to be because I'd stuck the cable into the wrong socket!) The price I'm paying for the service was the cheapest I could find and I'm very glad that I chose 'Onestream'. I've only spoken to their representatives on two occasions and both times they have been courteous and helpful. I know that there are some bad reviews about them out there but I can only speak from my own experience. I am not linked or affiliated with 'Onestream' or any of their employees.

Nice app for broadcasting and good supports system

just getting started and needed assistance with youtube connection. Raza was able to guide me through the steps to get the permissions straight. So far I prefer OneStream to Restream based on pricing and customer service

Ahmed was extremely helpful in helping resolve our issue with having their logo appear on our live stream even as we pay for the standard package. We love using OneStream.live as their rates were more reasonable for restreaming purposes to our website and socials. As a small church it is important for us to keep it simple and cost effective.
