Going the extra mile
Not normally servicing customers in Canada, they went the extra mile (understatement) to look after my request. If this is an example of how they treat customers, then, they deserve to be very successful.
I am Hoping that we can do more business in the future as my Railway layout progresses.

Customer service above and beyond
This was the first time I used this website, and as luck would have it, the delivery went completely wrong. Their response was exemplary.
Even though the problem was not of their making, they immediately confronted it, and resolved the issue with great understanding, and courtesy.

Would shop here again!
Nice clear website, reasonable prices, and really good communication - one of the things I'd ordered wasn't immediately available, and they were in touch very quickly to ask if I wanted to wait for everything to be sent at once, or for the items to be sent separately. Everything was securely packaged, and arrived sooner than expected.

Deserves a visit if looking for railway items
