Ordered twice. Cancelled twice.
Put through an order of samples as I need a lot of fabric for curtains, headboard, cushions. Three days later when I’m thinking the samples should arrive, I receive an email to discover the order has been cancelled and refunded. They said one of the samples is out of stock so cancelled the entire order. I go back onto the website and order the samples I can again and three days later again they have cancelled and refunded my order. If they completed orders promptly maybe they wouldn’t run out of stock by the time they come to shipping? This is appalling service and I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you want to slow your project down significantly.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order as it appeared that two samples of the same fabric were ordered by mistake. We also sent you an email to confirm whether you intended to order two meters instead, but as we did not receive a reply, we proceeded to cancel the order to avoid any confusion or unnecessary charges.
When your order was cancelled, we sent another email explaining the reason for the cancellation.
A full refund has also been issued to your original payment method.
